Trees can, like sponges, help collect carbon and thereby reduce the impact of man-made CO2emissions. Locally, trees provide habitat for wildlife, food for people and animals, and stabilize the soil.

Working together, The Biological Reserve Cerro Hermoso is working closely with the community of Cerro Hermoso to expand and rehabilitate our natural habitats bringing more shelter and food to our local wildlife.
